Terms of Use

These terms describe the conditions for using CoachFlow. They should be reviewed professionally before App Store submission.

Last updated: 9 July 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using CoachFlow, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

CoachFlow is intended for personal trainers and similar fitness professionals. You are responsible for your account, keeping sign-in details secure, and ensuring information entered into CoachFlow is accurate and lawful.

3. The Service

CoachFlow provides trainer CRM-style tools for managing clients, appointments, programmes, notes, measurements and session payment status. CoachFlow is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It should not replace qualified healthcare judgment.

4. Plans and Subscriptions

The free plan supports up to 2 clients. CoachFlow Premium supports up to 250 clients.

CoachFlow Premium is an automatically renewing monthly subscription. Apple displays the current price before purchase, and the final price may vary by storefront, currency, taxes or Apple account settings.

Purchase, billing, cancellation and refunds are administered through Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple account settings. Deleting your CoachFlow account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use CoachFlow for illegal, abusive, harmful, unauthorised or security-compromising activity. You must not attempt to access other users' accounts, bypass limits, interfere with the service, or upload information you are not entitled to process.

6. Client Data and Professional Responsibility

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission or lawful authority to store client information in CoachFlow. You are responsible for professional decisions made using that information, and for checking data accuracy before relying on it.

7. Intellectual Property

CoachFlow and its software, design and branding are owned by the CoachFlow operator or licensors. You retain responsibility for the trainer-entered content and client records you add to the service.

8. Availability and Changes

CoachFlow may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, operational or product reasons. The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

9. Liability

CoachFlow does not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the extent permitted by law, CoachFlow is not responsible for indirect losses, trainer professional decisions, or losses caused by inaccurate information entered by users.

10. Suspension, Termination and Deletion

CoachFlow may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, misuse, legal or operational reasons. You may delete your account in the mobile app. Account deletion removes CoachFlow account records but does not cancel an Apple subscription.

11. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

CoachFlow may update these terms as the service changes. For this UK-focused launch, these terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any consumer rights or mandatory laws that may apply.
